Grant Bennett Associates had its firm management retreat at the rustically, chic Mission Ranch Inn in the very picturesque city of Carmel.  The whole firm and a +1 were invited.

We spent two and a half days eating some great food and discussing our firm's unique culture and values. 

Each year, GBA team members and a significant other are invited to a three-day, two-night retreat. 

This year it was held at the beautiful and historic Mission Ranch in Carmel, California. Sitting on 22 acres, this 1800's hotel and restaurant is among some of the most beautiful rolling green hills and white beaches in California. It was such a great location to hold a retreat.

Our purpose each year is to provide each team member with an atmosphere of learning, openness, and transparency. At our firm, each team member has a voice and GBA values the opinions and ideas of the whole team. This year we walked away with great ideas and action plans to continue to ELEVATE our firm and the services we provide to our clients.
