An Update to our Clients about the Coronavirus, Governor Newsome's Recent Order

Dear Clients,

Under Governor Newsome’s recent order as of March 19, 2020, Grant Bennett Associates’ (GBA) physical office will remain closed for the protection of our clients, vendors and others as well as the GBA team. However, the team is continuing to work at home and is available for you by phone, email, or zoom meeting (video conference).
In addition, our phones will be answered during this time. Our phone system will forward the calls to Pauline Nafash, our front desk executive who will be able to transfer you to a team member or take a message for you.

The filing deadline has now been extended for filing all income tax returns for both federal and California. The payment deadline had already been extended and there will be no penalties for payments of tax or interest including 2020 estimates until July 15.
GBA will continue to process tax returns and other work including financial statements. When the work is completed, Pauline or another team member will contact you to arrange the best way to get the information to you which may include mail, FedEx, or the use of our portal or file share programs.

If you need to provide us information, please contact Pauline or the team member you normally work with to determine the best way for you to get this information. We will be checking our incoming mail which is in a locked box in our building several times a week.
We are here for you and we will all get through this together and be stronger for it.
