A message to our Clients about the Coronavirus, from our Partners

At Grant Bennett Associates, we know in these uncertain times, concerns and questions are growing regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).  We want to reassure you that we have your best interests in mind.  

Grant Bennett Associates is taking careful steps to protect the safety and well-being of our clients, employees, families, and communities. Our office remains operational and open to serve our clients. Our employees are available by email and video conferencing. 

If conditions require our office to be closed, we have the technology to allow our employees to work remotely.  

What we are doing to keep our clients and employees safe:

  · All in-person meetings, to the extent they can be changed, have the option to be completed via         
teleconference or video conference until the situation normalizes.

  · If you have an upcoming appointment at our office and are feeling ill, please reschedule for a later date. We will be more than happy to accommodate you.  If your meeting is close to a pending filing deadline, our staff will work with you to accommodate a teleconference as a meeting alternative.

  · We have encouraged our employees to work from home as much as possible and to practice social distancing when they are in the office. 

  · Any GBA employees who are sick or showing signs of any illness are requested to leave work or stay home until they are free of a fever without the use of any medication and free from all other symptoms for at least 24 hours.

  · We have requested each employee to take the appropriate hygiene measures with hand washing as recommended by the CDC, cleaning their own office surfaces frequently, and assisting with cleaning areas after client’s visits (i.e., cleaning their workspace or conference areas after each client visit).

This is an unprecedented time that will remain fluid and unpredictable for a while.  As the situation progresses, we will take the necessary steps to adjust and make our office appropriate to the circumstances.
