The IRS has reported that some refunds will be delayed in 2017. If you claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit on your tax return, the IRS must hold your refund until at least February 15, even the portion of your refund not associated with the EITC or ACTC. Read more here.
